User failed to deposit any cartridge while depositing media in Networker

nsrjb: error, Jukebox command terminated with errors

Cause

The problem is with the media not getting deposited in to the libray(slots)from the CAP port nor the media getting ejected out from the slots to the CAP 
port. NetWorker is able to load any media which is already there in the slots, we are also able to take backup.
 
NetWorker is either unable to deposit or withdraw the media.
 
Depositing Media:

Solution

Resolution
Make sure that the drive identification label is changed in case if there is DEM (DRIVE EXPANSION MODULE) is added.

Example:
If a LIBRARY is shipped with 8 DRIVE SLOTS and additional 8 Drive DEM is added then the drive identification label in Library has to be changed accordingly to 16 Drive Slot Label.
