Symptoms

Power cord clips are not fully engaging the power cord.

Cause

On some systems shipped prior to 1/1/2008 the clip which retains the power cord to the system chassis is not fully engaging. The potential exists for the cord to fall out when maintenance is performed.

Solution

Resolution
Tie wrap or Velcro should be used to secure the cord in place.
