LED on one of the power supplies will turn off and the service required LED will begin to Flash

Cause

Redundant power supply installed in DEM. When the voltage on the 3.3V line of the 2 supplies is far enough apart it can cause one of the supplies to be shut down

All the RLE - PN 313907406 and older have been purged from stock.

Solution

Prior to replacement of the RLE card for this problem, a new power supply should be tried. 7046237 [C] 450 Watt Power Supply.

If the new power supply also fails then proceed to replacing the RLE card that the failing power supply plugs into. Use PN 313907408 level or higher.
