Symptoms
Replacement RLM does not work
SL500 will not function
Unable to log into Admin with password
Unable to log into Service with password
Library will not initialize

RLM card has been replaced.
Cause
RLM and RLC cards are out of sync.
Solution
Resolution
Take the following steps to resolve issue of SL500 not coming up:
-Power off SL500
-Removed RLC from library.
-Power up SL500 and waited 5 minutes.
-Power off SL500 and reinserted RLC.
-Power up SL500.
This should re-sync the RLC and RLM cards to each other. Library should come up normally and you should be able to log into the box.
-If this does not resolve issue, the RLM may need replaced with a serialized version of card.
Refer to Solution 1013985.1 for information on proper replacement and sparing of RLM assembly.
RLM SL500 RLM assembly Design of SL500 library and Microcode requires the RLM card to be programmed in manufacturing. Swapped RLM New RLM card installed. The RLM is not built serial number specific for the SL500.
