Solution

The intent of the "Park" command is to position the robot such that is can be removed. A reboot is required to recover once the command is issued.
It is not a requirement to recover from the command as the purpose is to remove/replace the robot, which requires a reboot anyway.

"Park" Command-

Parks the robot in the home position inside the robotics unit so the robot can be removed. You must reboot the library to return it to active status by either power cycling the library or opening and closing the front door.

Note: the robotics unit MUST initialize or it will be out of alignment by two array cells.
