Symptoms

Code does not upgrade on replacement h-bot.
Code is downlevel on replacement robot.

Resolution
H-bot Code Does Not Upgrade on Replacement H-bot.
1. Vary LSM for affected rail offline on ACSLS or HSC.

2. From Utilities menu on SLC choose the Activate tab.

3. Select current SL8500 code level.

4. Apply.

5. Select Cancel from Reboot message.

6. On the same screen High light the robot needing upgrade and press Reboot OR power cycle the rail for the replaced H-bot by the circuit breaker on the HBS card for that rail.

7. Verify the H-bot code level on the System Details menu under properties tab of the replaced robot.
