Error Messages during Eject operation: ( Note the transposed volume ID )

Changes

No known change in the system

Cause

Two volume records are associated with the same cell ID. The volsers of these volumes are transposed.
For example: N03321 and 321N03

The library is experiencing some kind of a vision system problem during mount time

Solution

There is a possible robot issue with the robot's vision system.
Open a tape library hardware service request, capture a library log snapshot file and attach the file to the service request.
