Symptoms

SLS6684I RTD ON VTSS RETURNED ECAM ERROR CC=9 RC=30

Cause

Operation was interrupted due to a cache reinitialize operation.

Solution

Contact Oracle and have an SR created and routed to VSM support so files can be downloaded
for diagnosis

1. Download full set of base files.
2. Review files and determine marginal cache card.
3. Page case out to local support to replace cache card.
