Symptoms

Stuck tape
Tape will not eject from drive

Solution

Removing Quantum/Seagate LTO stuck tape:

1. Attempt to do an 'unload force' command from the console.

2. If drive is access-able, push the unload button on front of drive.

3. Power cycle the drive to attempt to unload the drive.

4. Pull on the cartridge to see if the cartridge comes out.

Refer to documentation to manually unload a stuck cartridge from the drive is documented on page 30 of the Quantum/Seagate Viper 200 LTO Product Manual.  Oracle/STK P/N is 91869.
