Symptoms

Left/Front Redundant Transfer Switch(RTS): was listed as "not present".

Though it was physically present, the frame manager did not see it properly.

Cause

 Assembly or reassembly issue

Solution

NOTE: Remove the power cords from the both RTS': Shock Hazard!

Remove both front RTS', inspect the internal Redundant Transfer Unit(RTU) cabling,
and make sure the internal cable from the RTU backplane to the front data
connectors J13 & J15, is connected/seated properly.

Internal Comments
I have seen this twice, 2x systems, SF4900 brothers who came off the assembly line sequentially, both had the same problems/symptoms.
