Left/Front Redundant Transfer Switch(RTS): was listed as "not present". Though it was physically present, the frame manager did not see it properly. CauseAssembly or reassembly issue Solution
Remove both front RTS', inspect the internal Redundant Transfer Unit(RTU) cabling, For a view of the front RTU and connectors J13 & J15: https://support.oracle.com/handbook_private//Devices/AC_Power/ACPOWER_SunFire_Redund_Trans_Unit.html
