The DRIVE LED patterns will be all amber, then all green, then all off, then random green on. This cycle repeats until the mute button is unstuck.

SolutionOnce you confirm the symptoms are similar as described in this document, then remove the plastic cover from the right front of the array or expansion and validate that the mute button is not damaged or stuck in a depressed position. Once the button is unstuck, the array behaviour should return to normal. If the issue not resolved and errors are still reported, please contact Oracle Support.
