Symptoms
A USB keyboard (Sun or non-Sun) is attached to a 2.0 USB hub. The 2.0 USB
hub is attached to USB root port on a SF V480. The USB keyboard is not
detected when the Sun Fire is booted.

Resolution
SF V480 requires OBP 4.7.x. Install patch 113034-06 and then reboot.

Run '/usr/sbin/prtconf -V' to identify old and new OBP revisions.

Relief/Workaround
Attach keyboard directly to a USB root port on SF V480.
