Symptoms

 Sun Fire[TM] V440 can not power on. At the beginning of SC initialization, the following messages appear:

ALOM - Could not get all data from I2C - min post, no power on
ALOM - Could not get diag-switch from I2C

At the end of SC initialization, the following message is shown:
SC Alert: SCC has been removed
and it is impossible to power on the system.

Cause

Bad SCSI Power Cable is the most likely faulty part.

Solution

The SCSI Power Cable may need to be replaced.

This cable is part of the Internal Cable Kit - PN 560-2825 [F]

Bad SCSI Power Cable is most likely FRU, but is possible that other components along the red line below are at fault instead.  Wiring Diagram taken from Oracle System Handbook.
