Left Side LEDs

Locator LED and Locator button |
White |
Enables you to identify a particular server. Use Oracle ILOM
to activate this LED to enable you to locate a particular system quickly
and easily. |
Off - Normal operating state. |
Fast Blink - The server received a signal from Oracle ILOM
and is indicating here I am - and that it is operational. |

Amber |
Off - Normal operation |
Steady On - Fault present on server. This LED lights whenever
a fault indicator lights for a server replaceable component. |
Power/OK LED |
Green |
Off - Server is not running in its normal state. Server power
might be off. The SP might be running. |
Steady On - Server is powered on and is running in its normal
operating state. No service actions are required. |
Slow Blink - A normal but transitory activity is taking place.
Slow blinking might indicate that server diagnostics are running or the
server is booting. |
Fast Blink - Server is running in standy mode
and can be quickly returned to full function. |
Power on/off Button |
Turns the system on and off. This button is recessed
to prevent accidental server power-off. There is no Power On/Off button
on the rear panel. |
SP OK LED |
Green |
Steady On - SP is running in its normal operating state. No
service actions are required. |
Off - AC power might have been connected to the power supplies. |
Blink - SP is initializing the Oracle ILOM firmware. |
Amber |
Steady On - An SP error has occurred and service
is required. |

Blue |
The disk can be removed safely during a hot-plug operation |

Steady On - The system has detected a fault with the storage
device. |

Green |
Off - Power is off or installed storage device is not recognized

Steady On - The drive is engaged and is receiving power. |
Steady Blink - There is disk activity. Indicator blinks on
and off to indicate activity. |

Indicates that one or more of the fan modules have failed. |
Rear Power Supply Fault LED |
Off |
Steady state, no service action required. |
Amber |
The power supply is faulty. The front and rear panel Service
Required LED are also lit if the system detects a power supply fault. |
System Overtemperature LED |
Off |
Steady state, no service action required. |
Amber |
A temperature failure event has been acknowledged. A temperature
limit has been exceeded, and service action is required. |
