Notes

1. The minimum Solaris operating system is Solaris 10 8/07.
2. System Board details are not available in a Bill of Materials.
3. The System Board FRU includes a mounting tray, three PCI Express Risers, two 250-1802 Cleaning Wipes, and two 310-0065 Thermal Grease Syringes.
4. Thermal Grease FRU 350-1271 includes one 310-0065 Thermal Grease Syringe and one 250-1802 Cleaning Wipe. (WO_39580)

Disk Drive Backplane Cabling Notes

1. Install up to eight SAS Disk drives.

Cover Interlock Switch Notes

4. The System Board changed from 540-7323 to 540-7779 in August 2009. (WO_39580)
5. Access to the System Board busbar screws is blocked by the CPU0 heatsink. Removal
   of the CPU0 heatsink during the Power Distribution Board replacement procedure is
   required. Clean and re-grease the heatsink with Thermal Grease Kit F350-1271-01.
   The kit includes Cleaning Wipe 250-1802 and a ShinEtsu X23-7783D Thermal Grease
   syringe. The kit is not included with the PDB.
