Notes (see ODA Notes below)

1. Do not install DIMMs in slots next to an empty CPU socket.
2. The minimum configuration is one DIMM per CPU.
3. DIMM speed is limited by the CPU QuickPath Interconnect (QPI) speed.
4. Install DIMMs D8/D5/D2 then DIMMs D7/D4/D1 then DIMMs D6/D3/D0.
5. Use of the same DIMM size and speed is recommended for maximum performance.
6. DIMMs 371-4965 and 371-4966 are not qualified for use in the Netra X4270.
7. DDR3L-1600 parts were used as 371-4966 under deviation. (D0002018)

Oracle Database Appliance / Sun Fire X4370 M2 Notes

1. The only supported configuration is 12 DIMMs per System Board.
2. The only supported memory is 1333MHz or 1600MHz 8GB DIMM 371-4966.
3. DIMM speed is limited to 1333MHz by the CPU QuickPath Interconnect (QPI) speed.
