Notes

  1. The HSI/P supports 1MB through 32MB, 72-Pin, 5 Volt SIMMs.
  2. A 4MB SIMM is installed as a standard configuration.
  3. The 4MB SIMM does not have a Sun part number.
  4. The BDM port is defined in the QUICC Users Manual, Section 9.9.
  5. The HSI/P Cable provides four DB37 connectors.
  6. The HSI/P is not supported on the PCI+ I/O assembly (540-6247)

Operating System Notes

  1. The minimum operating system is Solaris 2.5.1 Hardware: 4/97.
  2. The HSI/P 1.0 software is on CD-ROM 704-5748-10.
  3. The HSI/P 2.0 software is on CD-ROM 704-6439-10.
  4. Option 1155 includes HSI/P 2.0 for Solaris 7.
  5. The Solaris 8 Supplement includes HSI 3.0 software.
  6. Solaris messaging identifies the card as "pci1214,334".
